Why it exists

Voice notes are fast to send and slow to receive. You cannot skim a 45-second recording, you cannot search one, and you certainly cannot triage twelve. VOICE transcribes every message on your iPhone while you are still talking, so the person receiving it can read it in a second or press play.

Private by construction

Transcription runs entirely on your device. Audio is never uploaded to be transcribed. Contact matching hashes your address book on your iPhone and sends only digests, so we never learn who your contacts are.
